Annual General Meetings

At Alberta Barley's Annual General Meeting (AGM), organizational delegates and interested farmers have the opportunity to learn more about Alberta Barley’s activities for the year, review audited financial statements as well as participate in an open forum on resolutions brought forward during regional meetings. Discussion is open to all attendees, but only elected directors and delegates are able to vote on resolutions during the AGM.

Alberta Barley’s AGM is held during the Prairie Cereals Summit in Banff, Alberta. Everyone is welcome to attend the AGM at no cost. The AGM is a great way to connect with Alberta Barley’s farmer representation as part of the commission's governance.
